Below you will see what core massages, which you probably know and possibly tried before, which you can book with us.

All massages include a full consultation with your therapist (time of the consultation is not included in the treatment)

Swedish

Great for those who want a massage but they don’t really know where to start. This can be light to medium pressure and either full body or targeted areas of your choice.

Our therapist will ask you questions to ensure that you are getting the results you are looking for and make sure that you are 100% comfortable.

Hot Stone

Hot Stone is an ideal compliment to a massage treatments from head to toe in a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

This is your urban escape, helping to relieve the stresses and strains of city living.

Balinese

This massage is a great combination of deep pressure with targeting techniques, that reach your tension and discomfort, as it is very slow and smooth it is also incredibly relaxing!

MUM-TO-BE

Pregnancy is a very precious time of your life and you deserve the best treatment!
Pregnancy also means some degree of discomfort and pain. Let us take care of it for you with our tender caring specialised massage that will ease of your pain and reduce your stress so that you can really enjoy this blessed period of your life.

This is also a great experience for the baby. We experience many tearful moments during those massages

VERY IMPORTANT:

You can book in for the massage anytime between the 4th and 32th week of your pregnancy
Please consult with your GP or midwife before receiving any treatments to check if they are happy for you to go ahead
You must be in perfect health, and your pregnancy cannot be at risk

Known for its detoxifying effects, it is a very soft massage that is relaxing to experience, while having a great effect on your wellbeing. Draining all toxins away into your lymph nodes so that your body can then release them.

A specialised abdominal massage can be included for best results.
